McKinsey further suggests that companies from automotive and aerospace may be able to enter the field because they already understand electronics, thermal management, and complex supply coordination. The winners in AI will not be only those who can train models. They will also be those who can build physical capacity faster, more cheaply, and with higher quality than rivals.
