Digital leadership

With the development of modern technologies, artificial intelligence, and automation tools, so-called "digital leadership" is becoming a necessity. Managers who are insufficiently digitally literate will begin to face serious problems because an inability to use modern digital tools for managing people and organising work means their teams will soon lose competitiveness in terms of efficiency and productivity.

Ability to lead diverse, hybrid and dispersed teams

Homogeneous teams will become increasingly rare. Today’s teams most commonly contain people of different ages, education levels and cultural backgrounds, often even from various linguistic or geographical contexts. Therefore, modern leaders will need to know how to manage diverse and hybrid teams, combining in-person and remote work.

High emotional intelligence

It is becoming clear that soft skills, particularly high emotional intelligence, are increasingly more important for managers than technical skills. This trend will continue to intensify. Managers who lack high emotional intelligence or fail to understand the importance of such topics as wellbeing or psychology will soon cease to be in demand.

Strategic thinking

In a rapidly changing world and amid fast-paced technological advancements, strategic thinking is gaining importance. The ability to perceive trends, look ahead, and successfully plan strategy for the entire team will thus be even more crucial next year than it is now.
