AI can quickly prepare an email, announcement or feedback. For a manager, however, communication is not just the transfer of information. People use it to judge confidence, personal involvement and whether the leader genuinely understands the situation. If leadership delegates the wording of sensitive or important messages to AI as well, it may gain stylistically polished text while losing part of its own authority.
