European managers do not need to handle every crisis separately. They must manage links between problems and set priorities

Geopolitics, regulation, cost pressure, labor shortages and technological change no longer create separate management problems. Research among 1,741 European leaders points to three capabilities: managing complexity, selecting innovation according to strategy and systematically transferring experience. For leadership, this means fewer isolated initiatives and more precise management of dependencies, priorities and decision rights.
